Reproduction of image, information and data agreement
We will be taking photographic assets throughout the programme and using these on social media, our newsletter and our website. These will also be shared with Screen Skills and the BFI, our funding partners for some elements of this scheme.
All written, drawn and oral materials provided by Talking Point and its industry tutors are considered to be Confidential Information. As such, we expect any participants to use utmost discretion when discussing or
repeating any information gained from the course.
Written and drawn materials are not to be photographed, copied or shared without permission.
We also ask that virtual sessions are not recorded. Any stills taken must have permission from session administrators and cannot be shared with any third party.
Data details are stored digitally and hard copy on the company laptops and at our office. This is in keeping with our Data Storage Policy which is on our website. When it is a funded course, this information is also stored by Screen Skills as part of our contractual obligation.
